If an item does not align with your intention, we welcome its return with the same mindfulness with which it was made. We strive to make this process a serene and straightforward part of your journey with us.

Return & Exchange Policy Overview

• Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact. The energy of the piece should remain undisturbed.
• Initiation: To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable service.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

1. Set Your Intention: Decide whether you wish to receive a refund or exchange the item for another piece (perhaps from BY GEMSTONE or BY STYLE).

3. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a personalized return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to our studio at:

Refunds: Timing & Method

Once your return is approved, we will initiate your refund with intention and care.

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
• Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
• Exchanges: For exchanges, once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Shipping times will follow our standard policies (Standard or Free Shipping).

Non-Returnable Items: Sacred & Custom Creations

In alignment with the intentional nature of our craft, certain items carry a unique energy that cannot be restocked or repurposed. These are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom & Personalized Items: Any item created through our CREATE YOUR OWN, Create a Bracelet, or Create a Charm Necklace studios. These pieces are infused with your specific intention and are uniquely crafted for you.
• Intentionally Altered Items: Any item that has been physically altered, worn, or energetically charged beyond its original state.
