We offer two intentional shipping options to serve your needs:
- Standard Shipping – We use DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A shipping fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50. We use EMS, with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processes. We currently ship globally, with the exception of certain remote regions and parts of Asia where service is limited.

- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact. The energy of the piece should remain undisturbed.

- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable service.

- Set Your Intention: Decide whether you wish to receive a refund or exchange for another piece (perhaps from our BY GEMSTONE or BY STYLE collections).

- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a personalized return authorization and shipping address for our studio.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include all documentation. Send it to the address provided.
- Await Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival.
Non-Returnable Items: Sacred & Custom Creations
In alignment with the intentional nature of our craft, certain items carry a unique energy that cannot be restocked or repurposed. These are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom & Personalized Items: Any item created through our CREATE YOUR OWN, Create a Bracelet, or Create a Charm Necklace studios. These pieces are infused with your specific intention and are uniquely crafted for you.
- Intentionally Altered Items: Any item that has been physically altered, worn, or energetically charged beyond its original state.
We invite you to choose these custom pieces with deep mindfulness, as they are made sacred through your personal vision.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Once your return is approved, we initiate your refund with intention and care.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
For exchanges, once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Shipping times will follow our standard policies (Standard or Free Shipping).
