• BY GEMSTONE: Collections centered on the unique properties of specific crystals.
• BY INTENTION: Jewelry crafted to support specific spiritual or emotional journeys.
• BY STYLE & BY TYPE: Curated selections based on aesthetic and form.
• CREATE YOUR OWN: A sacred studio where you participate in designing a unique talisman (e.g., Create a Bracelet, Create a Charm Necklace).

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase which we accept upon sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing valid and current payment information. If payment fails, your order will not be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Your order is a sacred commitment. We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times are estimates and vary by destination:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 fee): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Area: We ship globally, except to certain remote regions and parts of Asia where service is limited. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We believe in energetic alignment. If a piece does not resonate, we welcome its mindful return.

Eligibility

• Return Window: Requests must be initiated via email within 15 days of your receipt of the item.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, in original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact. The energy of the piece must remain undisturbed.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to their uniquely sacred nature, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Custom & Personalized Items (from CREATE YOUR OWN, Create a Bracelet, Create a Charm Necklace studios).
  • Intentionally Altered Items (any item physically altered, worn, or energetically charged beyond its original state).

Process & Costs

To initiate a return or exchange, contact [email protected] within the 15-day window. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the return.

User Responsibility: You must follow the return instructions provided, use a trackable shipping service, and ensure the item is returned in the required condition.
